    $5 flat rate for orders below $80.
    2-10 business days via Canada Post.

    USA

    Free for orders over $80.
    $15 flat rate for orders below $80.
    2-10 business days via FedEx.

    Duties and import charges may apply. Customers are responsible for any charges incurred import charges.

    Returns & Refunds

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping charges, and shipping condition. We are not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    All sale items are FINAL. No returns or exchanges for discounted products or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee is to cover cleaning and sanitation process of all returned jewelries.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Jewelry Care

    Our gold jewelries are made of 18k gold filled (with the exception of some necklace pendants). Gold filled jewelries are more durable than gold plated or gold vermeil.

    Taking off your jewelry before you shower or do any water activities is always recommended, however, life happens! You may forget or simply too lazy to take them off (we've been there...many times). In which case, it's fine! Our pieces should keep its shape even if you wear them through all sorts of activities.

    That said, it's best to remember take them off. Your jewelry will last much much longer if you follow this one key rule 😉

    Payments & Currency

    Payments

    We accept majority of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club). We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Interac.

    Currency

    All default prices are in USD. You can change currency to CAD on the footer of the website.

    Packaging

    We want as little waste as possible with our packaging. All components of our packaging are plastic free, recyclable, and reusable.

    Shipping supplies

    Our shipping boxes are made of recycled materials. We use biodegradable packing tape to securely seal your packages.

    What's inside

    Jewelries are packaged in a reusable travel pouch.

    All of the paper you'll find in the box are seed paper which means they are 100% biodegradable and you can plant them!

    Start planting 🌱

    Simply place the paper in a pot with compost or soil, water well and make sure the paper is kept moist at all times. Once the seeds start are large enough, you can transfer them to your garden.

    DO's

    – Keep the pot somewhere light and warm.

    DONT's

    – Do not let it dry out as this will reduce the chance of growth.
    – Do not plant in the wild.
